- Course objectives
- Students in the course will understand quality issues in adult education. They will master the principles of setting the quality of adult education in the entire scope of the process. They will be able to analyze educational needs and evaluate the educational process and educational effects. Students will further understand the essence of content transfer from education to practice.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- identify and emphasize in practice the features of the main approaches to quality: pro-client approach; content oriented; process oriented; oriented to the learning individual;
- identify and emphasize in practice the features of the main approaches to the construction, implementation and evaluation of educational activities: pro-client approach, collaborative approach, data-based approach;
- describe current domestic and foreign trends in adult education;
- perform an analysis of educational needs and the transformation of educational needs into goals and contents of education;
- apply the principles of design thinking in designing an educational activity;
- evaluate the study program, study materials, educational environment and real teaching;
- design an educational program using the principles of adult education;
- evaluate the effects of education. - Syllabus
