- Course objectives
- The course has the character of training. In addition to basic information about working with a client, students train in a real situation - establishing contact, active listening, questioning techniques, etc. The student's active involvement is assumed. Part of the course is devoted to crisis intervention and the basics of supervision.
- Learning outcomes
- Ability to establish contact with a client, formulate an order, handle the process of working with the client.

Communication with clients and the Problem of directivity. Transactional analysis. Counselors education. Ethics. Professionality. The demands and offers. The technology of asking.
