Course objectives
The aim of the course is to inform students about main principles of assertiveness and teach them to apply it in praxis.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to:
understand main principles and techniques of assertiveness;
differentiate between assertiveness and manipulation;
identify types of social behavior and to respond to their manifestations properly.
