Course objectives
A complete survey of professional software solutions for multimedia presentations.
Learning outcomes
Graduates will know professional software solutions for multimedia presentations, they will be able to create specific environments (VR, interactive installations), they will be able to orient themselves in the creation of an author's interface, multimedia performances, linear and non-linear storylines in real time.
Syllabus
  • 1. Theoretical introduction
  • 2. Presentation of a wide range of tools, devices and technologies
  • 3. Presentation of the most used programs, offer of possible alternatives
  • 4. Demonstration of potentialities of application technologies as MIDI, OSC, DMX, ICubeX, MIDI controller
  • 5. Advanced solutions of the problems, individual students' presentations, practical eperiments
  • 6. Realisation of individual practical solutions in the selected environment - assemblage of a functioning system structure, open debate with students, individual consultations
