Course objectives
The course goal is selection of the topic of Bachelor's thesis, then collection of basic related sources with writing first excerpts and finally to prepare brief written concept and project of the thesis. The course Project of Bachelor's thesis is a profile core course of the study programme Vietnamese Studies.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course a student will be able:
- to search and find sources systematically
- to write texts with the formal structure of expert or professional paper
- to use citations and rephrasings with references

seminar in first 3 weeks in semester, reading, homework and study of sources in libraries
Assessment methods
attendance in seminars, selection of the topic of Bachelor's thesis, study and excerpts from sources, submission of a written draft of the thesis (5 standardized pages, with all formal requirements)
