Syllabus (in Czech)

Tematicky se přednáška zaměřuje na operní zjevy a díla, která naplňují substancionálně obsah pojmu "opera 19. století". Měřítkem výběru je míra a způsob zdivadelnění opery pro toto údobí evropských dějin hudby typické. Jako ústřední body výkladu se jeví Wagner, Verdi, ruská opera a opery jiných škol (Francie, Čechy, Polsko). Východiskem výkladu jsou esteticko-dramaturgické otázky reflektované vedle prací skladatelů též v pracích estetiků (Hanslick, Stasov, Hostinský aj.)
