Přednáškový kurs se bude koncentrovat na britské politické dějiny s přihlédnutím k sociálním a ekonomickým změnám, které přinesla především 1. světová válka. Bude tématizováno nahrazení liberální strany v politickém systému Labour Party a politické a ekonomické změny v důsledku třicátých let.
