- One-semestral subject for regular students. Cycle of the studies: II. Lecturer: Mgr. Eva Komárková. Requirements: only for students who have completed the first cycle of studies and have finished (or do attend) lectures in Psychology of Organization and Management. Output: colloquium at the end of the term. Number of students: maximum 15. Aims: basic orientation and practical application of various types of analyses in psychological intervention within an organization. Topics: 1. Basic orientation (aims of analyses, basic starting points, approaches). 2. Analysis of work satisfaction. 3. Analysis of work atmosphere. 4. Analysis of workers motivation. 5. Analysis of motivation elements in managers operations. 6. Analysis of work activities.
