Course objectives
The main aim of the seminar is to introduce the students into Czech postwar historical fiction. The main stress will be put on analyses and interpretations of such historical fiction texts that will enable us top show the phenomena of history and historicity not as thematic features but as integral parts of formal and semantic structures of the texts. The main part of every seminar will be devoted to students presentation and following discussion.
