- Course objectives
- One of the best ways to build your vocabulary is to remember collocations rather than single words. This is a course using corpora, as well as materials developed by the teacher. Students will be taught to use the necessary software and will be assigned tasks to work on in small groups. Special attention will be paid to avoiding interference with Czech and to such old favourites as phrasal verbs, prepositions and idiomatic expressions.
