Course objectives
After theoretical und historical introduction the most typical phenomena are exercised on texts from that area.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Všeobecná charakteristika německého úředního a právního jazyka
  • Komunikace v těchto oblastech jako důsledek kombinace odborného jazyka a obecného jazyka
  • Tři roviny : jazyk vědy a teorie - odborný hovorový jazyk (jazyk advokátů, úředníků mezi sebou) a veřejné informování (reportáž apod.)
  • Rozdíl mezi každodenní běžnou komunikací a komunikací institucionální a jeji projevy v jazyce
  • Rozdíl jazyka zákonů (vyhlášek, předpisů) a jazyka (většinou mluveného) u právních jednání
  • Lexikální charakteristika textů zákonů (obecně vyjádřený činitel wer, negativní hodnocení určitých činností, dominantnost nominálníh vazeb, význam slov v rámci a mimo rámec právního či úředního textu atd.)
  • Praktické uvedení do překladu základních právních i úředních písemností.
