- Course objectives
- There are some linquistics topics and German linquistics of the periode to be dealt with. We will discuss the texts to the problematic of several disciplines of linquistics, theoretic questions of language, history of linquistics and so on. Some Conceptions of these German linquists is basic for my lecture: G. Helbig, L. Weisgerber, R. Keller, J. Grabowski, R. Bergmann, J. Erben, W. Fläming, M. Bierwisch, T. Schippan, G. Starke, B Naumann, L. M. Eichinger etc. Topics of the lecture: history of German studies in the 20. century - basic informations; german modal verbs and other means of modality in German; origin of language; word- meaning - concept; discussion centered around parts of speech and parts of sentence; word-formation in German - morphologic, syntactical, semantic, textual and psychological aspect of the topic.
