Introduction to the study of language is mainly for students of Linguistics
Syllabus
  • - information, communication, thinking, speech, - langue vs. parole - what is linguistics? - phonetics and phonology - morphology - lexicology, semantics - syntax - script & letters in the speech - languages classification - geographical, historical - languages typology - diachronic linguistics, etymology - history of linguistics - theory of "small linguistics" - sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics
