- Course objectives
- Aspirants will prepare an explanation and defense of five theses for the exam. The theses will be chosen in cooperation with the supervisor two months before the exam at the latest and handed in to the secretary of the Department of Philosophy in written form (each thesis 3-5 pages including literature). The themes of the theses must be different from the theme of the dissertation. The field committee is entitled to return unprepared theses to the aspirants. At the exam the aspirant will explain and defend at least two of the theses against the examiners' arguments and answer an additional question.
