Course objectives
PSA-14 Psychological Training in the Group The practical seminary is intent on using of group dynamics through which an individual can engage in the process of personal integration and growth creation.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Cíle: rozšíření sebepoznání, které vede k realističtější představě o sobě, větší schopnosti autokorekce a přeneseně i k větší sebejistotě a úspěšnosti, zvýšení citlivosti pro myšlenky, emoce a pohnutky vlastní i cizí (větší schopnost empatie), jasnější vědomí skupinové dynamiky, skupinových rolí a potřeb spolupráce v týmu, rozvoj komunikačních dovedností, rozvoj tvořivosti.
