Course objectives
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to analyse any narrative movie according to David Bordwell´s narratological concept. Students will be able to critically evaluate other narratological models.
Syllabus
  • This course provides a detailed discussion and application of David bordwell´s narratological concept. - theoretical and methodological introduction - classical narration - art-cinema narration - historical-materialist narration
