At the end of the course, basic lexicological problems are treated. Linguistic competence level at the beginning of the course: A2. Linguistic competence level at the end of the course (I, II, III, i.e. after three semesters): C2. At the end of the Normative Grammar of Italian (Part III), the student should be able to understand - in detail on the synchronical level, and at least partly on the diachronical level – all the (mainly) morphological problems related to adverbs, prepositions and interjections, and should be able to apply this knowledge both to the practical use of the Italian language as well as to its theoretical description. He should also have basic knowledge of the main lexicological and lexicographical issues in modern Italian.
