Course objectives
The course purpose: to acquaint students with the basic questions of phraseology of modern Russian and to give them representation about characteristic lines of phraseological units. The course maintenance: the phraseology Characteristic as linguistic subject, its purposes and a problem. Concept of a phraseological unit. Value of a phraseological unit. History of separate phraseological units. A polysemy. Comparison. Lectures are read in Russian.
Syllabus
  • 1.Phraseology as a science. 2.Phraseological unit as lexicon unit. 3. Classification of phraseological units. 4. Stylistics of phraseological units. 5. Comparison of Russian and Czech phraseological units. Topics: appearance of the person, character, work, lot of - few, etc. 6. History and origin of separate phraseological units in Russian.
