At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain specifikation of art's management.

  • – marketing vs. marketing kultury, pozice marketingu v kulturní instituci
  • – proces komunikace, termíny
  • – logo a corporate identity, branding
  • – identita instituce, budování image
  • – media relations, PR a mediální partnerství
  • – návštěvníci – průzkumy, cílové skupiny a jejich potřeby
