Course objectives
In the first part of the course, which will be taught in Italian, some elements of Italian drama are offered from a historical point of view. An analysis of the functions of director, actors, scenography, of the scene techniques and costumes will also be given. In the second part of the course, plays by Pirandello and Fo will be read and analyzed. The course material is available on the second floor information desk of the A. Novaka library.

Teaching methods
Lectures and class discussion.
Assessment methods
Course attendance is mandatory in two thirds. A credit will be allocated at the end of the course. During the course, students will have to present in writing an analysis of a theater play, referring themselves to the points discussed in the course.
