- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to make the students acquainted with the essential principles of the beginnings and early development of greek art from the late 11th to the early 5th century B. C.The student should get the knowledge to date and recognize the monuments of Archaic Greek art

- , Daedalic art and orientalizing styles of the 7th century B.C.,
- Early Archaic art of the first half of the 6th century B.C.,
- Late Archaic art and the Strict style.

- The aim of the course is to provide essential knowledge about Greek Iron Age art from its beginnings to early 5th century B.C.
