- The course offers an approache to the topic of the Spanish Civil War that appeares frequently in many authors not only in the second half of the 20th century, but also nowadays in the works of contemporary Spanish writers.

- Teaching methods
- Lecture: description of the literary field, explanation and definition of basic notions and their demonstration on concrete texts by concrete authors. Seminar: Application of the acquired theoretical knowledge on authentic texts. In the form of comments the students show their capability to connect their theoretical knowledge while working with a particular text. Presentation of a chosen topic in classes.
- Assessment methods
- Credit: is obtained for comments on literary texts and on the bases of participation in the classes where students prove their capability to connect theoretical knowledge with the analysis and interpretation of literary texts.
