- Course objectives
- The objective of the seminar is to discuss morphology and syntax systematically, but with emphasis on practical use of English word and sentence structure, The material used in the seminar will be based on topics from L. G. Alexander's Longman English Grammar (1988) and hand-outs provided in classes. The course makes use of G. Leech's book 'An A-Z of English Grammar and Usage'.
