Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: interpret the correlations of the western-European clothing with the historical costume and characteristic features of the folk clothing of Slavonic nations. They should be able to identify the main features of the Balkan types of folk clothing (female double-apron, male Carpathian) and point out the relations to our environment.
