Course objectives
The third part of the Basic Latin Grammar course. The main objective of the course can be summarised as follows: to explain and to practice basic morphological and syntactic phenomena of the normative grammar necessary for understanding Latin texts.
Syllabus
  • Gerund and gerundive.
  • Participles.
  • Supinum.
  • Consecutive clauses.
  • Protatic clauses irreal and potential.
  • Time clauses.
  • Participle constructions.
  • Absolute ablative.
  • Accusative and nominative with infinitive.
  • Gerundive constructions.
