- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge, skills and competencies that will help them in their professional careers and will be usable in practice. At the end of this course, students will: know the basic principles of communication about science and research and development results; able to choose the appropriate communication tools with regard to the target group and be able to effectively communicate the results of their own research. Students completing the course will be able to work effectively with adequate electronic resources and literary sources, in order to smoothly synthesize knowledge gained in academic texts, and to critically evaluate and discuss their conclusions. In addition, they will learn the fundamental principles of writing scholarly articles and publications, including citation standards and formulation of research limit; they will be able to apply that in their own work as well as be able to present the main results of research outputs in the form of oral contribution at the conference.
