Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce basics of project management, which are based on standard IPMA.
At the end of the course, students should be able to realize the project, understand all parts of project life cycle and financing of the project.
Syllabus
  • 1. modul - Orientační modul, úvod do standardu IPMA
  • 2. až 7. modul - IPMA Podle elementů kompetencí Elementy technických kompetencí: úspěšnost řízení projektu, zainteresované strany, požadavky a cíle projektu, rizika a příležitosti, kvalita, organizace projektu, týmová práce, řešení problémů, struktury v projektu, rozsah a dodávané výstupy projektu, čas a fáze projektu, zdroje, změny, kontrola, řízení a podávání zpráv, komunikace, zahájení, ukončení
  • Elementy behaviorálních kompetencí: kreativita, diskuse, konflikty a krize, etika
  • Elementy kontextových kompetencí: Realizace projektu, programu a portfolia, Trvalá organizace, Personální management
  • 8. - 9. modul - IPMA podle procesů: řízení změn, řízení rizik, řízení komunikace, řízení životního cyklu projektu (zahájení, plánování, realizace, monitorování a ukončení), řízení zainteresovaných stran
  • 10.- 11. modul - IPMA podle nástrojů a technik: Zahájení projektu – LRM, identifikace a analýza zainteresovaných stran, identifikace rizik, SMART
  • Plánování projektu – WBS, SOW, analýza pomocí úsečkových diagramů a histogramů, konstrukce síťových grafů, Ganttův diagram, CPM, milníky, ohodnocení rizik a ošetření rizik, matice komunikace a odpovědnosti
  • Realizace projektu a monitorování projektu – EVM, řízení změn, monitorování rizik
  • 12. modul - Zadání závěrečného úkolu

Teaching methods
E-learning course.
The course will take place in 12 weekly modules that will be made ​​available progressively. Each module will be completed with a short test and a task.
The course is open on http://elf.phil.muni.cz
Assessment methods
Requirements for completion of the course:
Meet the deadline for the submission of tasks or complete the test. Deadline will be one week from the last day of the module. To pass the course is successful and timely completion of each module. Each test can be repeated once again, and must be fulfilled to at least 80%.
In the final module there will be specified the final task.
