Course objectives
Seminar cycle should offer to the students the basic overwiew about the reading of the Latin script at the antique and early medieval period, it means since the VII. Century BC to the VIII. Century AD. At the end of the programme the student should be able to:
- use the knowledges from the development od the latin script from the VII.th Cent. B. C. to the VIII.th Cent. on the historical sources
- transcribe selected original classical and early Middle Ages Latin texts
- analyse and read original classical and early Middle Ages Latin texts
