Course objectives
The aim of the lecture is to introduce medieval Church Law, its development and its position within legal system in Czech kingdom. Students can take notice of influence and contexture to local customary law, municipal law etc. Literature: Sacri canones servandi sunt, ed. Pavel Krafl, Praha 2008.
