- Course objectives
- Students will be acquainted with set of information important for outgoing and incoming jobseekers looking for job abroad. Emphasis will be given on legislation related to labour mobility in the EU countries. In addition, the course will focus on developing basic skills connected with managing a counselling dialogue with clients interested in working abroad. Upon completion of the course, students will be provided with basic information on client employment abroad with a focus on necessary measures before leaving country, during working / internship and when returning to home country. Students will get familiarize with tools convenient for consultants to support the client career choice - working abroad.

- The potential of counselling services for the support of labour mobility is revealed during the course. 1. International labour mobility and specificity of labour mobility between EU countries 2. Counselling process focused on support of career choice - working abroad 3. Questions faced by an individual wishing to travel abroad 4. Legal issues of employment of foreign nationals in EU countries (including health and social insurance) 5. Recognition of qualifications and certificates as a condition of employment on the labour market abroad 6. Opportunities for supporting social integration in the host country 7. Circumstances of return from internship / working abroad back to the Czech Republic
