- Course objectives
- The student reads in italian a book by Italian author. The book musn't be older than the 2nd half of the 20th Century. From 50 pages of the book the student excerpts all unknown vocabulary. The main goal of the course is to gain the ability to understand a coherent literary text, to be able to understand its grammatical structures and to further enrich own vocabulary and phraseology.

- The course is finalized with an oral exam (zápočet), where the student must proove the knowledge of the unknown vocabulary and phraseology based on the vocabulary list, ability to read and traslate any part of the the text and the ability to analize its grammatical structures.
