- Course objectives
- The diploma thesis addresses a scholarly issue at a level appropriate to the degree pursued. Upon completion of this course, students are able to implement a research plan on a specific topic, conduct research independently and write a diploma thesis based on that topic.
- Syllabus
- The course prepares students for writing their final thesis. It may take the form of formally-organized contact hours or individual consultations with the thesis supervisor, depending on the specific demands of the degree program and thesis´ topic. Students are required to present a work-in-progress of their diploma thesis in the framework of the MA Thesis Seminar of the Department of Classical Studies.
