Course objectives
The aim of this course is to provide students with an overview of work duties of psychologist in companies. The course teaches about specific activities in the area of recruitment, selection and care about employees that a psychologist-graduate can encounter during the beginning of their employment. Main methods of this course are exercising through model situations and personal experiences.

The course is from work psychology area.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course:
  • student has a realistic picture of the possibilities of employment in the area of work psychology
  • student knows at least three position which he/she is eligible to work after graduation
  • student is able to plan and carry out specific activities of recruitment, selection and care about employees
  • student knows advantages of his/hers psychological education in the area of employee care, selection, and recruitment
