Course objectives
The course is only for foreign students of bachelor, master and doctoral programs with a strong interest in a topic or historical period of Czech literature. It has a form of individual and/or group tutorials with regards to particular needs of the students; the topics must be consulted with the teacher.
After finishing the course the students will be able to:
understand chosen topics of Czech literature in detail;
interpret chosen literary artworks of particular historical periods of Czech literature;
use the gain knowledge for writing their diploma thesis and dissertations.
Syllabus
  • The genaral characteristics of a chosen topic.
  • The recents stage of investigation in the particular literary field, its restrictions and challenges.
  • Consultations on the chosen topic(s).
