- Course objectives
- The final written exam is to verify the student’s level of knowledge in the field of French in these competences :
1) Listening (about 40 min) - Response to comprehension questionnaires on recorded documents: - a long document (interview, course, conference ...) two listeners - several short radio documents (news flashes, polls, commercials ...) listening - Maximum duration of documents: 10 min
2) Understanding a Written document - Response to a questionnaire of comprehension concerning a text of ideas (literary or journalistic).
3) Written production Two-part test: - summary of text - test based on the content of the documents 2 fields of the candidate's choice: humanities and letters.
4) Oral production (30 min) - Presentation from several written documents, followed by a discussion with the jury. 2 fields of the candidate's choice: humanities and humanities - Learning outcomes
- The exam confirms that the student has a command of General Practical French at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages:
C1 Effective operational proficiency or advanced Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer clauses, and recognize implicit meaning. Can express ideas fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.

- Assessment methods
- The exam has a written part and an oral part. Each of the 4 parts of the test has a maximum score of 25. The success rate is 60%.
