- Course objectives
- The objective of the course is to introduce the character of the philosophical questioning through basic philosophical concepts and problems in the history of philosophy.
- Learning outcomes
- After the completion of the course the students will have become familiar with the basic philosophical concepts and the elementary problems of systematic philosophy; they will be able to apply fundamental philosophical literature and interpret some texts of primary literature; they will be able to form an independent piece of reasoning on an assigned topic.

- Subject of philosophy, elements of work with philosophical literature, basic philosophical notions, subject of main philosophical disciplines, philosophy and myth, philosophy and science, philosophy and religion.
