Course objectives
The course is focused on the selected topics in problems of human resources management in tourism organisations. During the semester the students will be introduced to the basics of HR and modern trends in this sphere of management.
With the help of the coursework the students will try to work on their own agendas commonly used in personal processes of tourism organisations.
At the end of the course the students should be able to explain the importance of human resources for the organizations, to know the selected procedures and management techniques and their practical application.

Teaching methods
The course has a form of lectures and seminars. During the semester the teams of students will work on the case study on assigned topic.
Assessment methods
1. Group project (students will be divided into groups according to the number of registered participants).
2. Final written test (students must correctly answer at least 60 % of the questions).
