Course objectives
Structural-functional explanation of the system of the Lithuanian language. The whole course is divided into two semestral parts.
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
describe a basic phonological material of Lithuanian;
explain basic morphonological changes of a Lithuanian word;
characterize basic grammatical categories of Lithuanian nouns, adjectives and verbs.

  • Grammatical categories of Lithuanian nouns, adjectives and verbs.
  • Paradigms of Lithuanian nouns, adjectives and verbs.
  • Verbal stem derivation.
