- The aim of the excursion is a practical introduction to the functioning of the book market centres in Prague.
- Learning outcomes
- - understanding of how the book industry works - a more precise definition of the individual actors in the segment (publisher, bookseller, library)
- Syllabus
- - visiting bookshops, publishers and the national library - expert discussions with translators and publishers in the Literary Café

- The programme will always be specified before the start of the excursion. In the autumn semester 2022, the excursion to Prague will take place on 3-4 November (Thursday and Friday) with the possibility of staying for an optional programme on Saturday morning. Students cover their own expenses related to the excursion.
