- Course objectives
- The students will get basic notions in Basque language.
- Learning outcomes
- The students will be able to have basic conversation in Basque language, comprehend its grammatical structure and acquire basic declensions. They will know about the uniqueness of Basque grammar in the field of languages.

- 1. Introduction: Welcome to the País Vasco. Phonics and spelling of the Basque language 2. Verb Izan. Linguistic typology 3. Greetings, name, origin. 4. Numbers. Age, phone number, address. 5. Verb UKAN. Question words. 6. Physical and Personality characteristics. Professions 7. Grammar of Basque. Grammatical aspect and declension / 8. Requesting and giving information on the street. Verb EGON 9. Ordering food and drinks in restaurants.
