Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce PhD students to approaches to the study of different aspects of Romance languages within different Romance philologies, taking into account different methodological approaches. In particular, attention will be paid to issues of morpho-syntax in the different Romance languages and to sociolinguistic problems that preoccupy researchers within the different Romance languages.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion, the student will have a broader overview of the topics addressed by different linguistic disciplines in different Romance languages. He or she will gain a broader overview of them that will go beyond his or her own linguistic and methodological focus in the study.
