- To become familiar with current technological trends in information services
- To experience technologies for learning and collaboration

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- select appropriate technologies for digital project management, collaboration
- know the most common technology tools for designers and researchers in the field of service design
- navigate the VR environment in which part of the learning will take place
