- 1. Graduate of the Course Introduction of the Early Modern History.
2. Knowledge of some of the important sourse Languages (German, French, Italian, English etc.)
3. Knowledge of the Paleography of the Early New Age - Course Enrolment Limitations

- Course objectives
- When finishing the course, students will be able to understand the problems of early modern social history, i.e. the basic relation between authority and subject. They will also be able to explain the meaning of important early modern legal documents (authorities´ regulations, economic instructions, provincial constitutions, resolutions of diets etc.). Students will be led to use the obtained knowledge in their individual work on social and legal history, as well as in an analysis and interpretation of sources. Each student will be able to write an essay (or seminary, baccalaureate, diploma work) at certain level.
- Learning outcomes
- After the Graduate of the course, student will be able to:
1. Identify the relation between the Nobleman and the serf in the Early New Age
2. Identify the role of the common and the aristocratic Law
3. Identify the role of the juridical Documents
4. Identify the the role of the aristocratic officers and the members of the serfs self-goverment
5. Identify the topics of the everydayness of the serfs in the Early New Age - Syllabus
