Course objectives
The course is focused on the preparation of professionals in the field of work ability, which is a basic prerequisite for the implementation of individual age management measures in companies or organizations. The course focuses on introducing individual tools for successful implementation of age management in HR processes. Within the course, the participants will learn about the individual pillars of age management and will also get acquainted with individual tools for measuring work ability, which are an important resource for the implementation of age management.
Learning outcomes
Participants will gain basic knowledge about the importance and possibilities of age management audit. Participants will learn about the individual pillars of age management and will also learn about the various tools for measuring work ability, which are an important resource for implementing age management.

The concept of working ability 2.Work Ability measurement options (Work Ability Index, Personnel and Company Radar, Work Ability Score) Basic interpretation of results and their applicability in HR practice 3.Age management audit standards 4. Methods for conducting an age management audit 5. Individual pillars of age management 6.Individual counselling to support work ability for HR staff
