Course objectives
The aim of the course is for the student to publish a scholarly text in compliance with their field, which demonstrates his/her ability to compose a properly argued scientific text with notes.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to present their own scientific results in writing.
Syllabus
  • In agreement with the supervisor, the doctoral student selects the topic, chooses an adequate methodological approach and, based on his/her study of sources and literature on the topic, prepares his/her own text, which must be submitted for publication in a professional peer-reviewed journal or conference proceedings.
Literature
  • The relevant literature will be cited in the notes to the printed paper.
  • Příslušná literatura bude citována v poznámkovém aparátu k tištěnému příspěvku.
Teaching methods
The text is prepared in ongoing consultation with the supervisor during individual consultations.
Assessment methods
Credit is awarded by the supervisor on the basis of the publication of the result and the uploading of it to the IS or on the basis of confirmation that the text has been accepted for publication.
