Course objectives
The aim of the Seminar for the Bachelor's Thesis II is to assist students in completing their bachelor's thesis and preparing for its successful defense. Throughout the course, students address a specific professional problem related to the focus of their study program, Social Pedagogy and Counseling.

The course is designed to motivate the student to write a thesis that meets all the established requirements. Successfully completing the course ensures that the student submits a thesis approved by their supervisor. The student will thus be well-prepared for a successful defense and familiarized with the expectations set by the state examination committee during the defense.
Learning outcomes
- Ability to work independently – the student will be able to independently develop a final thesis on a subject related to their study program.
- Analytical skills – the student will demonstrate the ability to analyze and synthesize academic literature and research findings to be used in the development of the final thesis.
- Creation of academic text – the student will be able to formulate a clearly structured and academically supported final thesis that meets all academic requirements.
- Communication and presentation skills – the student will prepare for the defense of their thesis and be able to effectively communicate the results of their work, answer questions, and discuss the chosen topic.

The main outcome of the course is the submitted bachelor's thesis.
