Course objectives
The course English for Specific Purposes II is focused on the further practice of linguistic academic skills with respect to students' subjects. The seminars will cover the development of the 4 language skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) with respect to specific language.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Cvičení, zkouška písemná a ústní po dvou semestrech výuky. Zkouška se skládá ze dvou částí, písemné a ústní. Předpokladem pro její složení je úspěšné napsání testu. U ústní části bude ověřována aktivní schopnost komunikovat o svém oboru, schopnost pracovat s odborným textem a znalost odborné terminologie svého oboru. Součástí ústní zkoušky je také předložení překladu 5 normostran soudobého odborného textu spolu s originálem týden před termínem zkoušky.
