The course deals with the basic terminology of sociolinguistics, with the stratification of Czech, with the phenomenons of urban speech, slang and other relating topics.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Výuka má formu přednášek kombinovaných se semináři. Kolokvium probíhá formou testu, lze při něm využít poznámek z přednášek a samostatného studia,. detailní osnova kurzu je na ISu v aplikaci Student- Studijní materiály/e-learning pod kódovým číslem předmětu. Je přístupná jen studentům v daném období zapsaným.
