This course is for advanced and upper-intermediate students. Previous knowledge from secondary school is required.

Course objectives
The course is focused on the analysis of partly or fully professional texts according to the subjects studied at the Faculty of Arts and Social Studies. During the course all language skills will be practised (listening, reading comprehension, oral and written presentations) and revision excercises will follow. See Literature.

  • FRANCOUZSKÝ JAZYK PRO NEFILOLOGY THEMES:le cinéma et la photo, la politique et la société, le systme politique en France, les professions les métiers,lenseignement supérieur et la recherche, le systme scolaire en France, les transports la circulation,la poste les services, ladministration, le corps humain ACTIVITES: lanalyse des articles de LE POINT, LE MONDE, LE FIGARO, exercices pour compléter le vocabulaire, rédaction de la lettre de motivation et de CV, la compréhension du journal télévisé GRAMMAIRE:la concordance des temps, le subjonctif,les pronoms relatifs,les pronoms adverbiaux en,y, lexpression du but, lexpression de la cause, lexpression de la conséquence, lexpression de la comparaison, lexpression de la concession
Assessment methods (in Czech)
Semestr je zakončen zkouškou: písemnou a ústní. Předpokladem je úspěšné napsání testu. U ústní části bude ověřována aktivní schopnost komunikovat o svém oboru, schopnost pracovat s odborným textem a znalost odborné terminologie svého oboru.
