Course objectives (in Czech): Kurs volně navazuje na kurs Filosofie umění I.; zabývá se Wagnerovým estetickým projektem souborného uměleckého díla (Gesamtkunstwerk) jeho obhájci i kritiky (Hanslick, Hostinský, Nietzsche). Překračuje hluboko do estetiky 20. století, z estetických škol věnuje pozornost zvláště Husserlově fenomenologii a dílu Husserlova žáka Romana Ingardena.
